Job description

• Provide professional recruitment services to both multinational and domestic clients in Financial Services industry
• Compile search strategy upon the kicking-off for assignments
• Execute different modes of engagements for clients assembling various research tools to ensure a quality and effective process
• Involve in full process execution of sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profiling assessments, documenting premium candidates, developing progress reports, conducting references and facilitating offer negotiations
• Assist in Business Development for new clients/projects

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual who is ready for a challenging position:

• Bachelor/Master degree from top tier universities
• Good business sense and ability
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
• High intellectual curiosity, energy, and personal integrity
