Company's ActualTurn Around time: Customers are sold with the knowledge of production and installation is 6-8 weeks. The actual production of large electrical sign being manufactured in the shop is about 8 weeks, designing, customer approvals, fabricating and installation.
The Seller’s State of Florida new sign sales annually represent 80% and maintenance/service work is 20% of sales. The market is very goood ancluding the recession of 2007-2010; Company has always had positive geowth. Many more opportunities to expand business: begin second shift to reduce back log of work; expand maintenance recurring revemue program; add more salesmen on the road. (Especially in Jacksonville FL) (Duval County)
